US SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.
  • Orders are shipped only on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays.
  • We aim to ship all orders within 2.5-3 business weeks.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS

  • We offer international shipping
  • Expected delivery time of 17-30 business days, but note: customs may delay your order for reasons outside of our control. Make sure to check your tracking information for the most up to date status of your order.

SHIPPING COURIERS

  • We ship our packages via USPS or UPS based on your selection at checkout.
  • Purchases will be shipped from our distribution center in Michigan.
  • At this time, we are unable to expedite orders.

ORDER TRACKING

  • When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
  • OneCraftyMama229 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS for tracking and delivery related issues.
  • Purchasing Route Protection with each order provides insurance for your package, in the event it is lost, stolen or damaged.

FAQ

  • If I placed multiple orders, am I able to combine them?

At this time we are unable to combine multiple orders.

  • Why can't you answer my questions about tracking my package?

Once your order has left our warehouse it is in the hands of our courier. We can check your tracking number, but we will see the exact same information you do. Please contact USPS or UPS for tracking and delivery related issues.

  • I forgot to add the free shipping / discount code. Can you adjust my order and add it for me?

We are unable to make adjustments to your order due to our order quantities.

  • My order is still showing in pre-shipment a few days after shipping, why is that?

Pre-shipment means that your package has left our warehouse and is waiting to be scanned by USPS or UPS. Please allow up to 7 business days for your tracking information to update. If your order is still showing in pre-shipment after 7 business days, it was most likely unscanned or potentially lost by USPS or UPS after the package was picked up from our facility.   • My tracking shows that my package was delivered, but I did not receive anything.

This can be very common with USPS and UPS. Your package will most likely arrive in the next couple of days. If you purchased Route Protection with your order, please file a claim with Route to go over your recovery/refund options.
